Philadelphia lawyer Audrey C. Talley is the Zone One Governor on the PBA Board of Governors. One of 12 zone governors, Talley represents Philadelphia lawyers.
A partner in the Philadelphia office of Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP, Talley is a member of the firm's Investment Management Practice Group.
She is a member of the American, Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Bar associations. She is a fellow of the American Bar Foundation. She served as co-chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Commission on Women in the Profession. She served as the chancellor of the Philadelphia Bar Association, chair of the Philadelphia Bar Association's Business Law Section, chair of its board of governors and co-chair of the Investment Companies Committee. She also is a member of the board of trustees of the Philadelphia Bar Foundation.
Active in community organizations, Talley is a member of the leadership council of the Philadelphia Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts. She serves on the boards of trustees of the Philadelphia Zoo and The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. She also serves on the board of managers of the Moore College of Art and Design.
She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Vanderbilt University, her Master of Arts degree from the University of Southern California, and her Juris Doctor degree from the Boston University Law School.
